E-Glass Stitch Mat
E-glass Stitch Mats are a fabric by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands of certain length and stitching together the chopped strands.
E-glass Stitch Mats are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic and epoxy resins.
The typical end-use applications include FRP boat hulls, laminates, structural shapes and the inner lining of pipes.
Product Features:
1. No binder and organic fibers is used for stitching. 2. Good strand dispersion and high tensile strength. 3. Good moldability and easy roll-out. 4. Good wet out in resins, resulting in high molding productivity. 5. Consistent gaps between fibers conductive to resin flow and wet-out. 6. Good stability and good mechanical properties.

Note: E-glass Stitch Mats are available with a width range of 200mm~2600mm.Other specifications are also available on customer request.
Packaging
Each Stitch Mat is wound onto a paper tube and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in a cardboard box. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
Storage
Without special requests, Stitch Mat should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15 ºC-35ºC and 35%-65% respectively.Photos show:
